The Hoffmann Group

The Hoffmann Group is an association of individual and legally independent companies which work together through a Management Board, and Advisory Council and the shareholders of the group.

Their independence is maintained and ensured by long-term preservation of assets and resources as well as by sound internal capitalization. The companies are managed decentrally and in operatively individual ways. Strategic controls, capital transfers and central services assist them in attaining their objectives.
