Change in Legal Form (22/09/2009)

We recently made a change in legal form. Our company is now trading under the name of HOFFMANN MINERAL GmbH (Private Limited Company), and is incorporated as such into the Companies Registry. This change was done because the legal form Private Limited Company is now the internationally recognised form, and principally because it enjoys significant fiscal advantages. How does this affect you?

• For you this procedure is a trivial matter, as it is only a change in legal form. Contractual and buiness transactions remain unaffected and do not require renewal.
• The new VAT-No. for our company is DE266440698. This is to come into use from today.
