Sillitin Z 86 has the greatest potential for cost reduction, offers low mooney viscosity and short vulcanisation time. Up to 25 % soot exchange the mechanical requirement profile of the EN 681-1 standard is fulfilled. With adjustments up to 50 % carbon black replacement is possible.
