Aktisil Q is applicable specially for peroxide crosslinking.
The product offers best compression set in the unconditioned state, hot air resistance with positive change in tensile strength and elongation at break, better resistance to oil as well as resistance to acetic acid with minimium changes in tensile strength and elongation at break.

- good mixing and dispersion properties

- long flow time with short vulcanization time
- easy deflashing
- low compression set
- good resistance to substances (fuel, oil, water, acid)
- avoidance of mold fouling caused on dies caused by filler
